Your new account number is included at the top of your email / bill from Island Energy. For example: 000000100871.
What if I don’t know my new account number or the phone number associated with the account?

What are “Communication Preferences” in the Customer Portal?
You can view and update your preferred contact details, including your billing address, email address, and phone number. Keeping this information up to date ensures you receive important account notifications.

What is the Message Center?
The Message Center allows you to receive important updates such as billing reminders, service alerts, and account notifications. It offers a convenient way to manage your communication with us directly within the portal. You will still receive updates by email.
