Our intention is to launch an online portal whereby you can easily view and pay your bills online. This portal will make managing your account more convenient and will include a feature to track your energy usage, helping you better understand and manage your consumption.
2. Smart Meter Upgrades:
We aim to replace your old meters with new smart meters. These will automatically send readings to us, so no more manual meter readings and more precise billing. With smart meters, we can also improve responses to outages more quickly. We'll be able to identify the affected areas, allowing for faster response times and more efficient restoration of service.
3. Enhanced Prepaid System:
Our prepaid system will get an upgrade! In the future you’ll be able to top up your prepaid meters online, giving you more flexibility.
